Paintings are packaged and shipped via Canpar, Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, DHL, or UPS and the cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire about shipping if you are purchasing outside of Canada. Additional costs required.
Tiffany will provide you with a tracking number once the painting(s) have shipped.
Tiffany is NOT responsible for additional customs fees when shipping internationally.
DAMAGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
No exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CUSTOM COMMISSION ARTWORK
A 50% deposit is made to secure the project and is NONREFUNDABLE.
Most projects take about 4-6 weeks to complete The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
Shipping costs (if needed) are additional and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
